It seems that the winter has lasted forever!!! As I look back at the last blog it really registers that it was a long winter. We are so happy to have spring rain and sunshine. All though the sunshine has been rather eratic. We remember the first month we were here last year it rained for about a month straight. This year is has not rained as much and the locals are starting to get worried that there has not been enough rain. Yesterday the wind blew all day and today the sun is shinning.
There is nothing prettier than a spring sunset or the flowers peaking up through the rich brown soil. It is a joy to see the meadows turning green and the bud popping on the trees. What joy each bring to our lives as it represents the beginning of another wonderful year.
