Christmas has been very special for us this year as we are far away from family. We are so grateful for the gifts that we received. They will always be very special memories for us. We are so amazed at how much the kids are growing. The books from Kim and Julie and the Sign of Love from Angie and your families we so enjoyed and will provide many memories over the next 8 months. The nativity is from the Sand Springs Primary. We also got a book form President and Sister Pugh called "The Night Before Christmas in Pennsylvania Dutch". It will be a keep sake for years to come as we can read it each year to family.
Yesterday it rained all day. Freezing rain!!!! I would much rather have snow than freezing rain. This picture kind of shows what we were having. When we looked out our window yesterday morning it looked like slush flowing down the road and there were ice cycles hanging from the hand rail along the steeps leading up to our apartment.
