This week we spent 3 days at the Susquehanna River where the Aaronic Priesthood was restored to the earth. At this location is the Isaac Hale farm where Emma Smith was born and raised. There is the foundation of the Isaac Hale home and the foundation of the Joseph and Emma Smith home where the Book of Mormon was translated from the Gold Plates. This is the location where Joseph Smith and Oliver Cowdry received the Priesthood from John the Baptist, the same who baptized Jesus Christ and where they baptized each other in the Susquehanna River.
